I've been trying to phone them since this morning 10h00 because my bis is not working. Recharged bis a week ago so there must be a problem on Vodacoms side! The first few times i phoned the phone disconnected me between 2-5 times. Eventually i got through now i have been holding for 25 min and still no call centre agent helped me. They play a load of rubbish in your ear and then you have this voice that says: "We will transfer your call to the next available consultant". HONESTLY!!! I have had it with Vodacom. The service is pathetic!!!
