Just a follow up on the complaint I made on Hello Peter. The response here suggested that the isue will be escalated to the relevant people. I have not received the required service still and since I reported the issue. The line has been off twice and as in now, my business is as good as closed, the line is not working. The reference numbers are 374cvz020113, 491cvz070113, and lately, 212cvz110113.
