Poor billing system and customer service

On the 10th September 2013 I had shock when I reliesed my business line was disconnected without any explanation. Then I contacted Cellc customer services to find out what was the problem because my account was not owing, I spoke to two rude consultants who just told me that I had a high usage of R1200 and need to pay in 50% of my usage which is quiet new to me because my bill has always been over R1000 a month for the past 10 years with Cellc and never been disconnected or miss payment regardless of the amount owing. I explained to these consultants that I had international rooming this pasted weekend and my bill was going to be this high and that should not give them the reason to disconnect me. My debit order is due on the 16th of this month and that whole amount will be paid then but they insist that I should pay the 50% before I can use I business line, I did"t even ask for a threshold on my account because its a business line. I want them to open my line today and they must deduct their amount when its due if not then I will have no choice but to port to another network that takes pride to their business contract clients. This line has been in existes since 2001 till now!
