This account is in arrears, I know it is not connected but account keeps on increasing. I have asked for it to be disconnected but have been told that I will not have it disconnected without going to a branch with ID Number or Death Certificate. So this account will keep on increasing though it is not being viewed.
This is not my personal account but I had paid for six months viewing, it should have been disconnected at least a month later with no renewal payments coming forth. As far as I know, it did get disconnected after two months but account continues to increase in debt. Now I cannot disconnect. Call Centre person is Chris Makgatle.
Can Multichoice be this rigid with request to disconnect?
