In October 2012 I complained about my phone bill and about global roaming for Spain and Turkey. I informed the cost to get me out of my contract according CPA.
My phone bill got rectified, only after insisting in February. I insisted on the Global Roaming, which was approx R400 just in data. It is data but what for I have NO CLUE. Then again I asked for the CPA conditions, STILL NO ANSWER.
I also asked for compensation. As I went numerous times to the shop in Canal walk parking petrol time
Since it was not my mistake why should I pay for it.
sum up:
The data costs: been rectified
The Global Roaming: ok
the CPA settlement: No answer that is correct
this is the answer when I asked for a compensation:
Unfortunately we are unable to compensate you as your issue was addressed and corrected.
Please be advised that compensation would only be offered should you not be able to use our services, and were charged.
In your case, the itemised billing confirms usage which the network bills Nashua Mobile 100 %, which we collect from the customer.
They did apologise. I want compensation. I feel badly treated, waiting weeks months for an answer.
