On 11/02/2013 my cellular phone was barred and completely useless to me. I couldn't make calls, text messages or use internet services. Payments are up to date, and no details of my contract changed. I was travelling long distance by car and were unable to make a call as suddenly my phone was barred from making any outgoing calls. This got me worried as I am travelling long distance and if something would happen, I would be stranded. No way to make a call for help or to notify my relatives. Fortunately I arrived safely in PTA and immediately went to your Centurion branch. There I was not assisted to my satisfaction. I was informed my phone has been barred due to a payment not made for Jan. It is impossible as no details has changed and I know the debit order did go through for my phone. She said the phone will stay barred until I go to Nedbank, make payment and provide proof of payment. It was after 5pm and I could only make the payment the following day. After making the payment I phoned the client service center. I spoke to Maurice who confirmed that your system shows a payment was received on 29/01/2013. Maurice registered a complaint, but I still haven't received any feedback
