I have no words to explain my level of disgust in the poor level of service I have received from MTN, from day 1. I have received the correct phone, last week Thursday I then requested that it be registered on the network, everyone that I speak to tells me that the phone is registered on the network but, when I make us of the phone, it tells me its not on the network, the last people I spoke to are from sales Nomaza Mafongana, and Nomsa Khumalo from call centre. Not that you care or anyone @ MTN, if this issue is not resolved I will return this phone and cancel this contract on Wednesday, When convenient for me I will also sell my shares @ MTN because this was the only reason I bought a phone with MTN, I will not hesitate to pass the word to those around me in not doing business with MTN.
