Appalling Customer Care

I called to instruct Cell C to make a debit order on my account last week. This has to date not been done and the lines are for my children who I now have no communication with as their service is disconnected... On calling again today I was given everything that they cannot do to reinstate the service and no proactive service or assistance as to what they can do to rectify the problem. When I asked for a supervisor none was available... The service agent refused to take my number to call back as he can't call me back... Then at the end of the conversation asked for my number to call me back. Absurd to say the least, this was an hour ago as of the writing of this... Still no call back... Oh and he had the gumption to ask me to stay on the line and rate his service afterwards... Oh my Soul... I am absolutely in a mind to rip his head off... Absolutely poor service... And my children are still not able to use their phones...

Please do not use Cell C, they are the absolute pits when it comes to service provision... I have been with Vodacom on one number since '93 and never had this song and dance routine with them... I will never use Cell C again after these contracts are over...
