We have being trying to resolve an issue with a faulty telephone line for 3 days now. One reference number after another does very little to resolve the issue. Somebody needs to get off their backside and DO something.
I am tired of being played like a ping pong ball with Telkom - this dept, that dept, nobody gives a S#I*T.
Neotel here I come, the sooner the general public understands that the infrastructure has collapsed and will never be repaired the better.
