Unresolved inrcorrect billing issue

On the 15th of July I was contacted by Precious from the Telkom tele-sales dept. She offered me and additional 10Gigs of ADSL data (to go with my existing 20Gig package) for an extra R85 a month and well as a 3G dongle to sweeten the deal. I accepted the deal but rather than billing me for my 20Gigs plus the 10Gig bolt on they are billing me for a 30Gig package which works out to be around R60 per month more expensive. I have tried numerous times to have this issue resolved and believe that Precious was left a message by Tandiwe (one of the accounts staff) asking her to contact me which she has failed to do. I am tired of wasting my time trying to resolve this issue - can someone from Telkom please contact me to resolve this ASAP.
