My student number is 412170. I have been advised that the results would be out by the 31 January 2014. Upon calling the Damelin Student Services call centre a number of times on Friday 31 Janaury I was advised that it the results would be released on Friday afternoon or Saturday. On not recieving it I then called back on Monday 3 February 2014, and was advised that the results would be out by Wednesday. Well its Wednesday and still no response from Damelin. This is totally unacceptable as I need to confirm figures for our bursaries for this year with our organisations and I require the results of my exams in order for such to be granted. I am also studying through my organisation and I need to plan myself accordingly for the semester. This just adds unnecessary pressure and reflects poorly on Damelin as an organisation!
