Pre-order, response, new offers & can't phone them

My pre-order reference number is IDE04E

I pre-ordered the iPhone 5s 16GB on 8 Nov. I was told I would be called in 24 hrs time but no one called. An upgrade consultant called to speak to me, and has in the interim upgraded my contract to the to the Smart L, but no-one has contacted me about my phone. I have tried calling the call centre but even after 10-15 mins of holding i haven't been able to speak to a consultant - the last 2 times i have called the call is cut at 10 mins.

And now - i see that the new offer from Vodacom includes 500mbs free for the duration of the contract?

I have been a loyal Vodacom subscriber for about 13 years - i really did expect a little more?

Please can someone to call me to set my expectations here?
