In 2009 i took out a contract. At this stage i had to pay a deposit because i had just moved back into the country. At some stage i travelled overseas and was delayed and my account was not paid and was cancelled. This was still early in the contract. At this stage there was a second account on my name as well, however i was being billed and debited for both bills on the same transaction. Sometime early last year i transferred the account of my name. In order for me to do that i needed to have the account at a zero balance, which i did and transferred the account off my name. In May 2012, i was listed twice on ITC. I then queried this with ITC and then Vodacom. The first listing was a mistake on Vodacoms part, which they didnt admit to but sent me a settlement letter for, which in todays day and age doesnt help, because its still a default. The second one is from the initial contract, which i was apparently not billed for. i tried to resolve this with Vodacom, however the account was handed over to VVM Attorneys. Since September 2012, i have been trying to get a statement of account from them which shows the entire transaction from start to finish, including my deposit paid.
