Took my phone to the Moreleta Plaza store in order to get a quote to send to my private insurance. The lady who worked at the store on the day was not very helpful and could not explain the repair process to me. I was told by one of your consultants that I could expect a quote within 1 - 1.5 weeks at most. After two weeks had passed I went back to the store only to find that phone was with them the whole time and had never been sent in. It is now three weeks from the date that my phone was handed in and I have yet to receive the quote.
As most people nowadays I am dependent on my phone for everyday functioning and waiting this long for a quote is unacceptable. I can only hope that when the quote eventually comes the phone is a write-off because who knows how long the actual repair will take. Any way that this process could get sped up would be greatly appreciated.
