Good day

I got a call from Vodacom consultant some time last week. She offered me service where I need to upgrade my contract and she offered me Nokia Asha 201, I chose colour White to my suprise when the phone was delivered it was Nokia Asha 2055.I didnt agree to this phone plus she say that the connection fee will be charged upon recieving the phone and that was deducted in November. At the moment I am not happy at all with Vodacom.

Why did consultant sell me something else and deliver something else? Its very frustration that you speak well with people and they deliver something completely different.
