On the 14 May 2013 I supplied Bankmed with a claim and attached the proof of payments. After 3 weeks I followed up and learnt that not all my proof of payments were submitted. I was of the impression that this was my fault and resubmitted all my documents on the 4 June 2013. After 7 phone calls as per references (150451303, 150596535, 150643213, 150648724, 150652077, 150652843, 150690867) and numerous emails I still have not being reimbursed, only to learn that the service provider was reimbursed with my claim and now I have to wait for reversals to take place. I am told on most follow up conversations that the reversals will take place on a Friday and yet nothing happens. If the situation were reversed and I had to owe Bankmed money for 2 months, I would have surely have received demand/attorney letters by now. I would like to have a supervisor or Manager from contact me and advise me how and when will my query be resolved.
