I lodged a claim on one of my items that fell and started to malfunction. The very moment I made that first call to my insurers, I knew that I was going to receive excellent client service. Poh Mathenjwa, the claims consultant who is handling my claim, made me feel very comfortable and reassured me that she will handle the claim as quickly and efficiently as possible. Poh stated that it will take approximately a week to process my claim and I said to her, "that's too long". Poh reassured me that she will speed up the process and give me an answer in about 2 days. True to her word, Poh called me 2 days later at approximately 7.35pm confirming that my claim has been processed and settled. Poh is very courteous and kind and her mannerism is exceptional. I want to commend Poh for the exceptional service that she has provided me. Poh goes beyond her line of duty, thus ensuring she has happy and satisfied clients. Poh is a real asset to her employers. Thanks Again Poh
