We have lodged a claim with Nedbank Group Insurance November 2013 -sms wth claim number on 12 November 2013 -group was appointed to my claim, people came out the report back to the bank received another sms on 6 Dec 2013 they have appointed another group to inspect. Report was handed back to the bank. Up to today we have made 7 calls each time hanging on for not less than 30 minutes, I got to speak to a consultant they put me through to another consultant then I got cut off each time (7) I was put through to another consultant cut off, phoned again today 15/1/14 at 11H00 and spoken to 3 people and each time got cut off Eventually I got through to a consultant but no luck I was told he will give my claim to another person which will handle this and phone me back. Is this customer service-no I don't think so! I am paying my insurance why should I nag to get my claim sorted out. Surely If I have missed one payment they will be quick to ask for payment. The damage is getting worse each time it rains (tiles outside and carpets inside)! PLEASE HELP I AM OUT OF PATIENCE!!!
