STILL AWAITING REIMBURSEMENT AFTER 5 MONTHS

My car was hit in October 2012 and the guilty party was going to have it fixed. Due to issues with their insurance, however, I was forced to instate a claim with my insurance and was informed they would claim the repair costs back themselves. Innovation still required that I pay the excess of R1, 000 but assured me that this would be reimbursed. Upon receiving the go ahead to have my car repaired, I did so in November 2012 and submitted the proof of payment to them. Every month thereafter I have been told something along the lines of, "you will be reimbursed shortly" or "you will be reimbursed after 2 weeks". Then, in April I queried again and was told there was something wrong with my banking details - ONLY AFTER I QUERIED! And, this despite that I had sent my banking details through TWICE via email. It's almost MAY and I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REIMBURSED! What's the latest excuse???
