Ther is absolutely no support from their web site. Their response is to call 173. When I call 173 from my phone, and press 0 for an operator, the message is get is "All lines are currently busy, please call again later" and then I get cut off.
The response I get to my query, when contacting through their web site is that my number is on prepaid, and that I need not worry, because the number has been migrated. What does that have to do with my query?
I have been trying in vain to get the bundle cancelled by dialing *141*0# and following the prompts!
Every month there is a deduction on my airtime for an internet bundle. I am unable to cancel it. CANCEL THE INTERNET BUNDLE ON MY NUMBER and stop telling me that im on prepaid, I KNOW THAT ALLREADY!
