I changed from MTN to Cell C so that I could take advantage of the SUPA CHARGE special you guys run, only to find that the area that I stay in must have the poorest signal coverage ever for CELL C!
I have two active contracts with you as well as a pay as you go number.
Your signal guys came to my house and they dropped calls while in my house.
When they left they said that there was nothing they could do and that I will have to switch to roaming service when at home, which does not help me cause I work for myself and don't receive any emails when the roaming service is activated.
I will be switching back to MTN in the new year if you guys can't resolve the problem.
Your staff at your branch in N1 City say that you are busy upgrading which is fine and that I should be able to get onto the "tower" at NORTH LINK COLLAGE which is a base station according to the Technician that came to my house. Staff in the store should concentrate on the clients in the shop not argue with irritated users about signal that has been proven to be a failure in the area.
Your argent attention top this matter would be greatly appreciated.
