As a corporate client of Vodacom you would think that you would get better service. This is so not the case.

On numerous times when upgrading contract for the company, Vodacom has had delays and whenever you try and get clarification, no one gets back to you. When trying to phone your Account Manager at Vodacom, he never answers or returns your calls, even when trying to speak to his superior, there is no such luck.

We even tried to have a sim activated and after waiting 24 hours nothing has happened and no one has even come back to say the activation will take place shortly.

I am so disappointed in the service of Vodacom Corporate.
