CUSTOMER DONT CARE DEPARTMENT

I have applied for a corporate contract more than a week ago. I specifically asked that if their corporate contracts work like Vodacom where one cannot receive feedback that I rather register it in my own name. All assurances given were basically. I cannot get feedback on the status of my application and contrary to promises made the Carlswald branch cannot find out on my behalf. They have to "wait for Corporate" just like Vodacom.

You phone the Corporate department on 0841904000 and you don'r get acknowledgement of your call, but rather advertisements starts playing immeaditely. You call the 011 3248000 number and you wait in a callcentre line of I don't know how long because 1) it is not mentioned and 2) I hung up after 5 minutes of music. When I redialed and asked to speak to a customer service manager rather than a call agent the switchboard attendant refused and told me to wait in line.

Stay away from CellC if you can. Their ad campaigns are just hot air.
