Yip it's that time again, battle field or as others know it, upgrade at Auto Page. For 12 years now I've been calling Auto Page myself to upgrade so December 2012 was no accept ion.
Deciding to change my contract completely I was told by the agent aka Trueman Maphumulo it will only be affective 01 March 2013. I then told him to wait; I'll do everything in February 2013. Well Tuesday the 5th of February 2013 I upgrade and Wednesday I got my phone and everything I had were cancelled and everything I requested were NOT added so now to get hold of Trueman Maphumulo.
I've sent 7 emails to Trueman Maphumulo and left his manager 3 messages, still no reply.
I'm really not seeing the joke in any of this I called Hema Rajkumar and guess what, left a message and still no reaction or reply of any kind. Now with incompetent MANAGERS like this, how can I blame the staffs whom are EVEN worse!!!
Hopefully now I'll receive a call from another incompetent person who'll transfer me to an EVEN worse one and I'll end up right back here on HelloPeter!
