After service Appalling

My partner and I went to Auto page Voda World 2 weeks ago to get a laptop and data package. The service we received there was great and we were told that everything is fine and we will have access to the internet within 2 to 48 hours.By the Monday we tried to call them as this was not the case. We had no luck at all and the phone just rings. We then called another auto page and they told us it never gets activated over a weekend and it should be on by Wednesday and guess what it was not. We then called another auto page and they then told us that it has not been rica'd and they cannot help us we must call the shop. We told them that we have been trying all week to get hold of them and no one answers. They told us to call he regional manager and again we were sent from pillar to post and still no help. We eventually got the details of the store manager and we called here left a message and we still waiting for a return call. We then sent a mail and guess what still not response. We are now fed-up with the level of service and rather disgusted that no one has even bothered to aid us or call us back or fix the problem and yet they have all the required information> Appalled!!
