I did an upgrade with Autopage, telephonically around the 20th March 2013 on 084, i spoke to a Call Centre agent named Trueman and i was promised that the parcel (3G card, Laptop and Samsung phone) will be delivered which was not, i ended up having to pick it up myself after almost 2 weeks. Upon receiving the first account the amount was not what i was told, after calling and being transfered from pillar to post without assistance i logged a complaint and was called by Erik - Trueman's Supervisor and he promised that the account will be sorted. i am not sure if that was done as i still pay more, the worst is that the 3G card that i was given has never worked, i was told that it came with free bytes per month. i called on the 28th June to complain about it and as true Autopage style was transferred from pillar to post and i logged a complaint on the sameday yet again and was sent an automatic response that i will be called soon to this day nobody called me and i continue to pay their money every month without fail. i've been client of Autopage for more than 10 years now, i have 2 contracts. Please assist me in solving this.
