Firstly I have still received no feed back from my last complaint even though once again I was promised "by the end of today! " over a month ago and now they have done it again!! I went into the store to pay my account and it still gets cut? after spending half an hour trying to navigate the ridiculous call centre I finally get an OOPS sorry our fault (what a shock) we forgot to change it on the system. Also I am still waiting for my bbm service refund from the time my blackberry took over 2 months to be returned to me??
