I received a voicemail message from a Autopage consultant on Wednesday 23/1, the agent advised the courier could not find anyone home when they attempted delivery. We work from from home so there is always somebody at our offices?
I was then told that that the phone had been returned, taken into stock and re-invoiced out someone else in the interim. I was assured a new phone would be sent to me and I would receive by the Friday 25/1.
After chasing again Friday, I was given the courier tracking number 11694743. I checked the tracking on the courier website and found it related to a shipment for Russels going to Virginia?
After calling the call centre again, I was assured it would be fine as they do duplicate tracking numbers and that it would only reflect on the courier website later that day. I went away for the weekend and when I followed up Monday, to find it still not on the website...
I received a call from Autopage late yesterday to say my new phone would now be on it's way and I would receive it 29/1. I checked again this morning and there is still a problem.
I have called and spoken to 10 different people at Autopage... I am yet to receive a call back from a manage
