We moved to a farm in KZN, with no coverage for MTN. I was assured in the Centurion branch that to keep my business, we'd receive a free booster. When I tried to arrange this, I was told that this would cost me between R1000 and R2000, for my own pocket. Since, I've had to get a pre-paid Vodacom sim. Now I've tried several times to end my contract via the necessary e-mail route, with no proper response. We've been paying full contract price, bundles and all for services since end October! This is unacceptable :( I think I'm owed a refund. Any itemised billing (which I'm also paying for) will show that neither my husband nor I have had use of our contracts.
