I am seriously disappointed with MTN Service & really regretting taking those MTN contracts against advice of my friends. Further, no one from Corporate support team has bothered to call yet.
I took out three personal contracts with MTN Waterfront, Cape Town. 27 November & 13 December 2012. 13 December 2012 was two Samsung Pocket TV. As at 12 February 2013 I have not received second TV. I received no phone calls nor SMS indicating or advising me there is a delay.
the delivery person also did not inform us when he delivered the TV & arrived at doorstep unannounced. My Mother & home executive is alone at home & is under strict instructions not to open door for any strangers. Further, driver should be patient, as not all South Africans are familiar with Contracts & not aware with what they are signing. The previous Driver was in a hurry & could not wait for 5 minutes in order for my uncle to arrive from across the road to see what my mother is about to sign.
When I visited your MTN Store for assistance, I was told to go to store where I took out the Contract. Strange I did not know each MTN Store operates separately.
Please provide me with the contract cancellation procedure.
