I was getting an upgrade as my whole handbag had been with my cellphone. I only had a temp ID and a temp drivers license which is against Vodacom policy to preform an upgrade. However the manager made a special effort to find a copy of my ID on the system and get it accepted by Vodacom. THank you!!!
