On wednesday I made an enquiry at the canal walk store to complete an upgrade and was told that i could do the upgrade and the chosen handset is readily available. Being a public holiday i decide that i would return today as the store was way to full. So today i head off with all my paperwork in order and arrive at the store only to find out theres a waiting list and was given a number to sms to get myself on the waiting list. I then leave the store to and sms to a service that no longer exists. Even the monthly brochure advertises that you should sms this same non existant service. I have been dealing with cellucity for a long time and always speak highly about their service but my experience is starting to make me believe that maybe its time to upgrade elsewhere or even more from the vodacom network on a hole.
