HORRIBLE customer Service

On 23/8 I upgraded my contract from a blackberry to a Galaxy s4.
I saw a promotion on the Vodacom website that said the Smart S R399 contract included 200 mb of data, an additional 500mb. I then went in to the Vodashop at Canal Walk to do my upgrade. I was helped by a woman there to whom I explained the deal I saw and wanted to purchase. I specifically asked her about the additional 500mb &she CONFIRMED that it is included. They didnt have the White s4, but she said that she'd call around&have it delivered by the next morning. Next day, I received no call or notification as promised. I went back during my lunch time to find out. After 35min of waiting for helped, the woman says that they actually brought the wrong phone. She then proceeds to call around looking for another phone&sends me to CelluCity to do my upgrade. Before I signed the contract, I AGAIN asked if the 500 mb was included&again, I WAS TOLD that it was. This is the ONLY reason I took this contract. No extra 500mb shows on my acc. I called customer care who said I must go back to the shop. I go back to the shop, & they log a call with customr care, who 2 days later sends me an sms saying there is nothing wrong. FIX THIS!!
