On 9 May i wrote a complaint about an incorrect billing, which i still have not recieved any feedback on and secondly i complained about constantly not having any network regardles of the area I am in. A guy did call me from your call centre to tell me that there is an upgrade pending on my blackberry and this could be the problem so I did the upgrade and my phone software is up to date but I am still experiencing problems, my BIS still goes down for hours and last week I was not able to dial out any numbers for two whole days (though I am not sure if this is a phone problem or network). I refuse to spend another whole year paying for a service which is not going to work properly, if Cell C cannot sort out its BIS issues I expect to be compensated.
