I recently took out a new data contract with Cell C. It was R45 a month for 500mb of smartdata which supposedly supposed to be a speedstick. To date I have nothing but endless problems. The device only works for the first 5 minutes after connecting. Thereafter the download and upload speed drops to zero and nothings works. I have no connection and cannot do anything further. This is very very frustrating. I phoned the technical department twice regarding this. I hold on for half an hour before a consultant takes my call and all they tell me to do is restrict my network to Cell C which makes it even worst. Because then I have no network at ALL.
