I have Been without a handset for 2 months now... why do you insist on charging me for a service I am not receiving?? my internet connection possibly works whenever it feels like it which - both problems Havre been reported to u 2 or 3 weeks ago...
it might be time to fix these issues??
I'm tired of resorting to sending messages via helicopter on my cell phone to get your attention... But don't u worry about it you just keep on sending the bills.
