I have reported the internet faulty to Mweb 5 weeks ago, my ADSL line and account is with Mweb, they don't worry to fix it or even to follow up on my complaint, when ever I phone the assistant just say the fault has been logged to Telkom. This is going on for 5 weeks and I have to phone them on a daily basis to complain about it. Not even the supervisors is keen to help you. As I am totally dependant on this connection and was never in arrears with my account. If I do not pay in time my service will be suspended, but they do not deliver what they promise.
