8ta / Telkom Mobile
IMessage adn FaceTime

Since I have moved to 8ta I am not able to use my iMessage or FaceTime service and nobody from 8ta Support nor any technical staff in the store are able to assist me. I have been left alone to solve this issue and am extremely disgusted at the lack of technical knowledge 8ta has displayed.
