What terrible service this is from 8ta East Rand Mall! I went in into the branch on Saturday to do a sim swop (for which they charge R35 whereelse other service providers do not charge for this service. Nevertheless I paid for this and the gentleman did not give me a receipt for the R35 sim swop yet he did for the R15 airtime I bought. He told me his system has a problem and he would get it sorted and I should wait until monday. I waited for this and even up until now, my phone still has no network, I have no access to my blackberry BIS for which I loaded a lot of airtime for R600 to be precise. This is appauling, other service providers just do this telephonically and youre sorted, why is this proving such a mystery for 8ta. Very disappointed
