Blackberry not repaired

I updated my phone to a new Blackberry Curve end November. Middle January the phone wouldn't switch on. It was sent to Jhb for repairs and I received a refurbished phone back. The same day the phone wasn't working properly and I took it back. They said it was a software problem and would fix it. I received my phone back and the same day it gave the same problems again.
