Incompetent call centre individuals

Yet again MTN dissapoints. They did not respond to a query I had disputing charges on my account and sent me the incorrect documentation (including personal details of a totally different client) in respect of my Blackberry which is currently not working (AGAIN)... MTN, please employ competent individuals at your call centre.
