Pathetic Listening Skills of CC Agent / Adviso

My wife responded to your add to beat her car insurance, after the quote was done wasting between 20-25min on the phone with your CC agent the amount was more than double of what she currently pays, anyways Outsurance will pay her R400 as they could not beat her quote. But that is not the issue the lady that captured all the details, captured EVERYTHING incorrect from my wifes names and surname and even the home address, and this person is called an Advisor at outsurance. Outsurance please employ competent individuals as in an environment such as this LISTENING skills and ACCURATE capturing is of utmost importance.
