What I fail to understand is how your application form gets confused with another individuals information. Firstly all communication regarding the status of my application gets sent to my spouse which I'm comfortable with because we share the same space, what scares me is that the other gentleman whose details is confused with mine has access to all my information. When I call to confirm the status of my application, I have to go through a grueling process of an incorrect cell phone number that is linked to another individuals profile as well as mine. The agent then polices me asking if I had completed the application form. Why would I be following up every other day if it was not a personal application, while I understand you have procedures to follow, what I fail to comprehend is that this error is treated as a norm, now I have an additional waiting period of 5 working days due to an internal error. Its somewhat distasteful and leaves a lingering disappointing experience for a potential new client that gets their application confused with another individuals information. Concerned!
