Pathethic and Incompetent

Have now reached my limits of frustration with the pathetic, poor and just don't give a attitude of Cell C. Their bad work ethic has reached new levels, after receiving a response within two minutes of posting my previous "HelloPeter" report, I have heard only once from the very "competent" Sisa who promised to get back to me with feedback, ...but still nothing to date,

And then today I receive an sms saying all internet charges are correct please switch off your VPN!!! why add on technical jargon to your client via sms and except them to understand and then close the case as resolved!!! So I then try the call centre and wait forever as they are experiencing high call volumes (due to poor service I am sure )!!! then I call Escalations and ask then what VPN means, even they do not know, so I explain the frustration of not being able to speak to someone in a Senior position who can actually take action and her response, "we are the Senior Team!!! but all she can do is urge me to phone the call centre!!! as she does not know what it means!!!

Cell C please respond and resolve my Query!!! this has been going on for a month!!!
