BAD OVERALL SERVICE

Okay now our account has been sort of sorted out, but we are still waiting for everything to be finalized. No arrears nothing from our side. However my husband try to apply for a Vodacom Top Up Special from Blackberry at the Vodacom Chatz store and kept on being declined. Although we are on a gap account, Vodacom insists that we pay R500.00 deposit and then we can get the additional contract. My question is, why do you us for another R500.00 and keep on declining us on another vodacom contract if we have been paying and am in good status with our account. That to me is milking the customer for money and not fair at all. I would appreciate an explanation. The Special of that phone is however no longer available due to Vodacom that took so long to sort out a billing problem and also did not keep us up to date with that. It was another delay. Really how can a person be happy with the service if you dont get any.
