I've been calling Nashua since last week Thursday, i did a sim swipe and needed my phone to get activated, I've spoken to four different consults and they were all telling me the same thing, that it would take 24 hours for my phone to get activated. my cellphone is still not working, this is very unacceptable, the phone I'm using is a business contract phone, we pay Nashua every single month all we expect in return is just good service. I'm on the phone with Nashua now and I've been on hold for over 45 minutes, if you can't handle so many incoming calls maybe you should consider getting more staff members!
