Where to Start...
1) The quality of the service has deteriorated to the point where it is barely operational
2) Bandwidth is almost non existent
3) I tried to Call your call centre - international Norm - 20 seconds - I gave up after 10 minutes and R30 worth of airtime
4) I emailed your sales staff to inquire how to get something better as far as a wireless solution was concerned - four months ago - no reply
5) No there is nothing wrong with my infrastructure (a) I am a qualified IT Engineer, (b) The Iburst infrastructure was set up by one of your technical specialists nearly 5 years ago (c) I am using and external areal (d) my drivers are up to date
Current Example - I am trying to download a 180MB Patch Driver set for Windows 7 - 24 hours LATER - I have burnt a GB of cap restarted 8 times and each time somewhere between 50 and 130 MB of download YOUR NETWORK GENERATES AN "UNEXPECTED NETWORK ERROR" in other words - YOUR network fails
Having been an iBurst client for donkeys years, I have watched as the quality and speed of your offering has fallen, I have watched your quality of client service fall from great to non-existent!!!
