I had a contract with iBurst years ago. After a few months my 3G Card was and I reported it missing to iBurst. They then stopped debiting my account.

Two years later I get debited over R5000 from my account. I had to reverse the transaction and further debit orders they made. They have no right to debit my account years after my contract has ended. When I asked them why they didn't debit my account back then they said it was a system error. Really, this is my problem?

iBurst has repeatedly tried to money out my account. Now they are taking legal action against me, charging me interest, when I am not in the wrong.

All I can say is avoid iBurst at all costs. It's not worth it.
