NO SERVICE FOR MONEY PAID

Ive been paying insurance on my phone, for so long and never ever claimed. When my phone finally got, I went to make a case and going up and down to vodacom shops to fill in claims. When everything was done, they told me I need to fix my cars door first as if it has anything to do with them. finally fixed the door then send them the invoice, then had a huge story that the can not go ahead because they do not want a hand written invoice, as if I know why the company that fixed the door uses hand writing on their invoices. I asked them to then give me a refund on my premiums paid because clearly I paid all this time and they ate my money for nothing, they still did not come back to me its been two months now and still they don't say anything. they are so quick to get you to take out insurance but when they have to give the service for the money you paid then they have a big problem.
