I've being with iBurst for almost 2 years (don't ask me why please) and from the start I haven't got proper speed from my internet, I get on a average 60 - 150kb/s download speed and it's not constant, so what that means I can start on the first of the month and at the end of the month I will not even be close to my cap. then you try phoning the call centre and they give you this troubleshooting to do that still don't change anything, and then to make it worse the just transfer you to someone that will also waste your time. Please can someone just help me to cancel this ISP so I can get someone who really wants to help me
